Good race equality practice in housing services workshop - 24 July 2007

This work shop was run jointly with the Housing Diversity Network. The aims of the workshop were:

• To consider evidence on specific aspects of housing services - tenant engagement; racist harassment; black and minority ethnic employment.
• To identify specific changes to practice needed and ways of implementing them.
